All refunds of conference fees for the Aloha Writers Conference must be requested in writing. Please mail your request to the address below and include your name, phone number, email address and reason for cancellation. All information must be provided in order to receive a refund. A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged for requests received in our office by September 30, 2012. For any cancellations after this date, a $175.00 fee will be charged. No requests for refund will be accepted after December 1, 2012. Your refund will be returned in the same way payment was made via credit card or check within six (6) weeks of when your written request was received. All returned checks will result in a fee of $75.00.
